Knowing when and how you get paid is important. This article explains your normal pay schedule, how to check your payslip, and what to do if there’s ever a problem. You’ll also find a link to the full Pay Policy if you want the detail. 

What You Need to Do

  • Know your payday – this is usually weekly or monthly (check your contract or ask your manager).
  • Your payslip will be sent by email.
  • Make sure we have your up-to-date bank details – that’s where your pay goes.
  • Tell your manager or payroll contact straight away if you think something’s missing or wrong.
  • Payslips include tax, National Insurance, pensions, and any deductions – ask if anything doesn’t make sense.
