Q: What counts as discrimination?
A: Treating someone unfairly or differently based on things like age, race, disability, religion, or gender. It can be direct, indirect, or even unintentional.

Q: What if I see someone else being treated unfairly?
A: Speak up. Talk to your manager or the Proprietor. We’ll take your concern seriously and handle it sensitively.

Q: Can I wear religious clothing at work?
A: Yes — as long as it’s safe and doesn’t interfere with your work. Let us know if you need support or adjustments.
